# 2. RegistrationRegistration for a Bondance Instructor Training becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been received.Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.---
# 3. PaymentAll training fees are payable in Euro (€).Full payment must be received before the training begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.---
# 4. Cancellation by the ParticipantIf you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing via email.Our cancellation policy is as follows:• More than 30 days before the training:A full refund will be issued, minus a €50 administrative fee.• Less than 30 days before the training:No refund will be issued.Participants may request to transfer their booking to another available Bondance Instructor Training or transfer their booking to another person, subject to prior written approval by Bondance Academy.---
# 5. Cancellation by Bondance AcademyBondance Academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training due to insufficient participant numbers, illness, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.Participants may choose between:• A full refundor• Transfer to another available training date.Bondance Academy is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by participants.---
# 6. Instructor CertificationParticipants who successfully complete the Bondance Instructor Training receive an official Bondance Instructor Certificate.Certification confirms successful completion of the training but does not guarantee business success or financial income.---
# 7. Advanced SpecializationsBondance Yoga, Bondance Dads and future Bondance programs are Advanced Add-on Specializations.These trainings are available exclusively to certified Bondance Instructors.Completion of the official two-day Bondance Instructor Training is required before enrolling in any specialization.---
# 8. Intellectual PropertyAll Bondance materials, manuals, teaching concepts, choreography, music recommendations, videos, branding and educational content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bondance Academy.Copying, recording, reproducing, distributing or using any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.---
# 9. Participant ResponsibilityParticipants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to participate.Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.Bondance Academy accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from participation except where required by applicable law.---
# 10. Force MajeureBondance Academy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions or other force majeure events.Whenever possible, participants will be offered an alternative training date.---
# 11. Refund PolicyApproved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after confirmation.Where possible, participants who are unable to attend may request to transfer their booking to another available Bondance Instructor Training instead of cancelling.---
# 12. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.The place of jurisdiction shall be Germany, where legally permitted.---
